Dr. Dieter Veldsman helps HR and business leaders become architects of work systems. His work sits where organizational psychology meets HR strategy: designing work, not just org charts, and using workforce intelligence as a business lever as AI reshapes how organizations run.
He brings a practitioner’s view, not a theorist’s. As a former Group CHRO and consultant across EMEA, APAC and LATAM, he has worked inside organizations including the United Nations, Stanford University, H&M, IKEA and Schneider Electric. Today he is Chief HR Scientist at AIHR, where he leads the Advisory and Insights Lab.
